CSSEdit 2.6

Macworld | CSSEdit 2.6:

Because CSSEdit offers a live preview of Web-accessible pages, it’s a great tool for working with template systems.

I tried the ever famous Coda but found it missed out in this respect. I make my websites in CakePHP and found Coda to be just as cumbersome as using multiple apps when trying to preview. I stuck with Transmit and Textmate, but I found missed the nice CSS editor. Sometimes its just nice to see that tag you can't remember the syntax for. CSSEdit fills that niche and a whole lot more. I highly recommend it.
